    Do it Yourself Marketing

Don’t have the budget to do a full-out marketing campaign to bring in new clients? Here’s an easy and free concept: Send an email to past clients (exclude the ones you may have pissed off for whatever reason) that you haven’t worked with in the past six months.

    Here are five tips:

1.Keep it sweet and to the point.
    2. Express your gratitute for past project(s) and enjoyment working with their employees.
    3. Inquire about any additional needs they may need in the future.
    4. Let them know about what’s going on with your company, such as new clients (and project results), new service offerings, and/or any impending discounts on services.
    5. For your call of action,  recommend a date/time for an informal meeting or conference call.

LV-PR online marketing and website tips and advice

Let me share one of my pet peeves about websites. I hate companies who encourage you to fill out an online form or send an email for an online quote or question and never, ever respond. Oh, really?!  Well guess what…You just lost a sale or qualified lead because you thought it was the “it” thing to feature an online form or provide an email address on your website.

    Just a word of advice…

I don’t care what type of service or product you offer, but if you know for a fact a company representative can not respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours DO NOT offer the option to submit an inquiry via email.  Just keep it “old-school” and have them call you. At least you know you won’t lose a sale due to non-responsiveness.

Sidenote for those who care: AP has changed “Web site” to “website”

We believe an office should represent individual style and provide a creative ambiance for inspiration and productivity. We found this cool Web site, The Office Stylist, a while back that features office makeover photos and decorating tips. Take a look at some of the photos:
