- A Really Simple Yet Valuable Online Marketing Tip
- Let me share one of my pet peeves about websites. I hate companies who encourage you to fill out an online form or send an email for an online quote or question and never, ever respond. Oh, really?! Well guess what…You just lost a sale or qualified lead because you thought it was the “it” thing to feature an online form or provide an email address on your website.
  
  Just a word of advice…
  
  I don’t care what type of service or product you offer, but if you know for a fact a company representative can not respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours DO NOT offer the option to submit an inquiry via email. Just keep it “old-school” and have them call you. At least you know you won’t lose a sale due to non-responsiveness.
  
  Sidenote for those who care: AP has changed “Web site” to “website”
